Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Megan! The founder of Main & Exchange, a sports-loving mom, and someone who has been all about team spirit for as long as I can remember.

I started cheering when I was just four years old, so wearing team colors, putting on a uniform, and showing up for my team have always been a part of who I am. There’s just something special about game day — the excitement, the traditions, and the pride that comes with cheering on the teams you love.

Today, some of my favorite moments happen in the stands watching my own kids. My husband played college baseball at the University of Oklahoma, so we’re a proud Sooner family! We love cheering on all things OU, especially football, baseball, and softball. But nothing beats watching our 10 year old daughter cheer and play softball. I am her #1 fan in the stands, and I can't wait for my almost 4 year old son to join in on the fun so I can cheer him on too!

How It All Started

Main & Exchange actually began as a jewelry business, but in 2023, I had an idea that would change the direction of the brand. As someone who loves fashion just as much as gameday, I wanted a stylish alternative to the traditional clear stadium bag. I wanted something that let women show off their team spirit without sacrificing their personal style.

That fall, I launched our first gameday bags in just three colorways. They SOLD OUT! That was the moment I knew I was onto something special. I decided to take the leap, pivot the business, and focus on developing a collection of fashionable, stadium-compliant handbags that fans could get excited about.

Fast-forward to today, and Main & Exchange has grown to offer 28 team colorways — with bold patterns and thoughtful details designed to make every gameday outfit feel a little more special.
